For the past several years, I've focused on something most product designers overlook: the tension between what users need psychologically and what businesses need commercially. This is especially critical in health tech, fintech, and other nuanced spaces where getting this balance wrong means users abandon the product, or worse, it causes harm.

My approach blends three things:Deep user psychology and research insightsStrategic product thinking for 0-1 developmentThe pragmatism to ship things that work for both users and the business

At Welltech, I lead product strategy for new features and 0-1 products, using behavioral psychology research to inform decisions about what we build and how.
